My first gig as an accompanist was in the 6th grade with my school choir. I've loved accompanying soloists and groups ever since, including all throughout middle and high school, high-pressure juries in college, and now at local elementary and secondary schools for both large ensembles and talented soloists.

I love encouraging young musicians. As a violinist and flautist myself, I remember the days of recitals and contests - it is my joy to not only support young soloists musically, but also give them encouragement and ideas for their playing.
